Located in West Bradenton, Centex Homes began construction of Glenn Lakes Phase I in 1995. The area encompasses 271 acres including eight ponds. There are 371 homes in Glenn Lakes with 13 different one-story and two-story floor plans once offered by the builder. All concrete block construction. The homes are contemporary in design and feature all the hallmarks of Florida living—spacious floor plans, high ceilings, state of the art amenities and wonderful outdoor areas.
The community is impeccably maintained, and deed restrictions ensure a gracious lifestyle.
